The programme
Most facilities have two ceremonies, not one.
Companies that plan only the second one usually end up rushing it.
Groundbreaking — month 3 to 6
Before there is power, shade or a paved surface. It signals commitment to your board, your partners and the authority that granted the land. Cheaper and simpler than the opening, and it produces the "before" half of your project's visual record.
Inauguration — month 18 to 24
At handover, once machinery is commissioned and the site is safe for guests. This is the one that carries dignitaries, trade press and your parent company's communications team.
We produce both, and keep the design language consistent across the two so the story reads as one — from empty plot to running line.

What we actually handle.
Site logistics
Power where there is no permanent supply. Temporary flooring over sand and gravel. Guest vehicle access on an active site. Dust suppression, and coordination with your main contractor's HSE team so the ceremony does not stop the works.
Heat and comfort
A summer ceremony in the UAE is an engineering problem, not a scheduling one. Shaded structures, spot cooling, timing the programme against the sun, and keeping a forty-five-minute run of show genuinely forty-five minutes.
Protocol
Seating hierarchy, arrival sequencing, dignitary handling, anthem and flag placement, gift and plaque protocol, and coordination with your free zone or authority's own protocol office.
Permits
Event permits, temporary structure approvals, drone permissions where required, and the paperwork your free zone or municipality expects — filed on your behalf.
Production
Stage, AV, LED, lighting, branding, entrance arches, ribbon and scissors, sand and time-capsule ceremonies, launch mechanisms and reveal moments.
Film and photography
Built for reuse — parent company channels, trade press, LinkedIn, and your own recruitment and sales material for years afterwards.

Site visit
We walk the plot with you and your contractor, usually within a week of first contact.
Concept and budget
A costed proposal with a run of show, layout drawings and a permit checklist.
Approvals
We file the permits and coordinate with your free zone or authority.
Build and rehearsal
Site build in the days before, with a full rehearsal including protocol sequencing.
Ceremony
Our team runs the morning. Yours attends it.
Handover
Edited film and photography delivered for your channels and your parent company's.
Twelve weeks is comfortable. Six is workable. We have delivered in less — call and ask.

The things people ask first.
How far in advance should we book?
Twelve weeks gives room for permits, fabrication and a proper rehearsal. Six weeks is workable for most groundbreakings. Anything shorter, call rather than email.
Can you run a ceremony on an active construction site?
Yes. Most of our groundbreakings are on sites with no permanent power, no paved access and live works continuing around us. We coordinate directly with your main contractor's HSE team.
Do you handle the event permits?
Yes, including municipality and free zone approvals, temporary structure permits and drone permissions where required.
What about summer?
We produce ceremonies through the summer months. It requires shaded structures, spot cooling, careful timing against the sun and a tightly disciplined run of show. It is entirely doable — it is simply a different design problem.
Can you manage government or ruling family attendance?
Yes. We handle protocol sequencing, seating hierarchy, arrival choreography and coordination with the relevant protocol office.
Do you work outside Dubai?
Across all seven emirates. We have delivered in Fujairah, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah as well as Dubai.
We already have a PR agency. Can you work with them?
Regularly. They handle the message and the media list; we handle the ceremony and the site.
