A truly treasurable experience in creating a grand occasion for BSH. The framework for the event was designed for their distributors.

Insights
– The chosen venue was W Hotel, The Palm.
– We commenced the deal starting off with the spectacular logo of BSH Distributors Convention 2021 at the entrance and making a path for the beautiful theme and design set in place.
– The venue was looking spacious as their patron list was a handful, and as per our client’s requirement the aura sensed should be a feeling of togetherness, therefore the entire setup had to be changed.

To deliver the perfect outlook and the brand presence
– We designed the venue in a way that the main stage was low as just 20cm in height.
– For the tech setup, the screen size was 16m in width and 4m in height, hence we had to redesign all presentations in a custom ratio.
– Installation of LED screen panels on either side of the seating area for the guests, so that the  products were placed along the line of the LED panels.
These three elements made the ballroom look structured, giving us space for design content as branding was done on all sides of the ballroom.
